DELIVERY DAYS:
Standard delivery days are Monday - Friday excluding FEDEX holidays.
For shipping via United States Postal Service,
customers can select (Media Mail) for DVD's, prints, & book purchases.
Customers can also select (USPS Priority) for all domestic shipping within the United States.
For international customers you can selct either (USPS First-Class Mail International) or (FedEx International Economy) for all purchases, (*except for Original Art (which is shipped Via FedEx International Priority.)
CONFIDENTIALITY & PACKAGING POLICY:
All orders shipped from our private warehouse - All orders packed
in plain boxes with no external markings. Nondescript shipping
label: The return address on your package will simply say
"NAP., Inc." (instead of Naughty art store) as the sender of your
package. NAP., INC. is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers
and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its
most significant responsibilities.
Return Policy:
We want you to be happy. We also want you to know that when you
purchase products from Nasty Art Productions, Inc., you are
purchasing new products, not products that have been returned.
Defective merchandise will of course be exchanged with identical
merchandise. Because of the nature of our products, we cannot
exchange for a different product. We have to protect ourselves
and our business from people who buy our DVDs and copy them just
to ask for an exchange for another DVD.
Exchanged items Due to Product Defect:
If any item malfunctions within 15 days of receipt due to defects in
materials or workmanship we will exchange your product for an
identical product.
Exchanged items due to Customer Dissatisfaction:
All sales are final, however, each situation is different. Nasty Art
Productions, Inc. strives for 100% customer satisfaction and we
work hard to ensure that every customer will be completely
satisfied with their purchase. We handle return and exchange
requests on a case by case basis.
If you feel that you have a legitimate reason to request an
exchange or return please contact us within 15 days of receipt
and inform us of your reason for dissatisfaction (we can not
improve if we do not know why you are dissatisfied). We will work
with you to arrive at a mutually agreed solution that is fair and
equal for everyone.
If there is a problem:
* Contact us as soon as possible.
* Keep all packaging and shipping materials until the matter is
resolved. .Without the original materials, we cannot give you a
refund or exchange.

promptly help you.
